At Serenity Co., we take pride in crafting high-quality, natural products in small batches. Due to the nature of our skincare and fragrance items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@serenityco.co.za with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll be happy to make it right.
